Patrol Unit

The patrol unit of the Bureau of Police Services provides police patrol and assistance to the 70 municipalities in Bergen County. Thisl unit patrols more than 500 miles of county roads and nearly 9,000 acres of county park facilities. The Bureau of Police Services responds to emergencies at the many county facilities within the county and performs services for the Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office.
