Contributing to an Inmate's Commissary Account
Commissary Accounts contain funds inmates may access while incarcerated to purchase various items to be used for their convenience or comfort such as food items, toiletries, ETC.
If an individual wishes to contribute to an inmate’s commissary account they must adhere to the following:
Contributions can only be made in the form of money orders made out to the inmate. The money orders must contain the inmate’s full name and Booking Number on the money order. The Booking Number can be obtained by calling the jail’s main number 201-527-3000 X3326.
Money orders can be mailed to P.O. Box 0369, Hackensack, NJ 07601, or they can be dropped off at the Jail’s Main Reception Area any day of the week between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
